ROCKETS: Raising Our Children’s Knowledge Through Science

The Junior League of Corpus Christi, Inc. recognizes the benefits of STEM based learning on a child’s future. Raising Our Children’s Knowledge by Educating Through Science, or R.O.C.K.E.T.S. is an established program hosted by many Junior Leagues across the country. Each year, events are programmed to enhance the cognitive skills of children in areas of science, technology, engineering and math while having fun at the same time.
Join the Junior League of Corpus Christi and the La Retama Central Library for a fun day of learning! Activities will be STEM based; examples of previous activities include dry ice bubbles, earthquake tables, paper rockets, secret messages, tornadoes in a bottle, and more.
