The county’s first-ever STEM Summit, hosted by Montgomery County Councilmember Hans Riemer on February 26, 2017, included more than 350 parents, students, educators, and business and industry leaders from across Montgomery County and the mid-Atlantic region. Summit organizers hope to create a vision for an effective STEM engagement strategy for Montgomery County.
