Mdbio is excited to be participating in Baltimore Innovation Week 2016, the fifth annual week-long citywide celebration of innovation and technology. On Monday, September 26, MdBioLab will be hosting 7th and 8th graders at the University of Maryland Biopark for the Micropipette Challenge, a hands-on activity designed to teach students proper pipetting technique as they recreate the visible spectrum using colored liquid samples.

MdBio’s event is one of nearly 50 science- and technology-focused events taking place throughout the Baltimore region. Last year’s Baltimore Innovation Week, organized by regional tech industry publication Technical.ly, featured 57 events across the Baltimore region attended by more than 10,000 participants.
