STEM equity nonprofit Learning Undefeated is celebrating 20 years of running mobile labs across the Mid-Atlantic region and throughout Texas, serving over 1.3 million students. This year, the nonprofit’s mobile labs were recognized as the Best of STEM Awards winner.
This fall, Learning Undefeated will provide innovative and experiential STEM education programs to K-12 students across the U.S. Our fleet of six mobile STEM labs will be on the road visiting students and teachers across Texas, Louisiana, and Maryland during the 2022/23 school year. Here’s a roadmap for where you can find our mobile STEM labs over the next few months.
During the 2022/23 school year, Learning Undefeated’s Texas Mobile STEM Lab will visit students and teachers from 28 schools across 20 regions in the state. In partnership with the Texas Education Agency, Learning Undefeated’s custom-outfitted STEM learning space will offer engaging, immersive, hands-on STEM experiences for students and teachers, teaching science, technology, engineering, and mathematics topics and skills.
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (POCCA) is bringing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) learning to area schools with a brand new portable learning facility. POCCA has partnered with Learning Undefeated Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides life-changing experiences for area students, to launch the new POCCA PORT-Able Learning Lab.
As educators face a new generation of technology needs for teaching and learning STEM, science, and coding, companies are rising to the challenge by deeply understanding educators’ evolving needs. The 2022 Best of STEM Award provides EdTech companies with a fresh twist—an awards program judged by STEM educators for STEM educators: “The Educators Pick Best of STEM Awards.”
